The project

Lucia di Lammermoor is the first opera produced by the Belgian Opera and Operetta Organisation aimed to be performed in October 2026.

The project is rooted in Leuven with the aim of maximising the potential of the local connections with 30CC, the music academy SLAC, the conservatory LUCA, local choirs and organisations.

However, BOOO makes great use of the prolific relationships with partners in the operatic world all over Belgium, i.e. Capart, LyricLab, Condropera,..
